01What this builds, and what it does not
This tool produces a tailored table of contents for an electrical safety program — the sections your specific facility needs, in the order they should appear, with a note on why each one is there and what happens if it is missing.
It does not write the program. Nothing can, automatically. An electrical safety program that means anything is written against your actual equipment, your actual arc flash study, your actual crews, and the actual regulatory stack you sit under. What this tool does is stop you from starting with a blank page — and stop you from copying a competitor's program that was written for a facility you do not operate.
The failure mode I want to help you avoid: downloading a generic template, changing the company name, and putting it in a binder. That program is worse than no program, because it documents commitments nobody in your building has been trained on or has any intention of meeting. In an incident investigation, it becomes the exhibit.

This drives which hazards and which additional standards get pulled into the outline.
Program depth scales with headcount, but the required elements do not. A four-person shop needs the same elements in a shorter document.
Above 600 V changes the training, the PPE, the approach boundaries, and often which OSHA standard applies.
Each one adds required sections that generic templates leave out.
